That 3.250 pulley sure does make it ramp up faster.

Yes it does. I still believe we can go with the 3.125"or 3" pulley.

The most noticeable difference with Whipple's new set up would be the Twin Billet 68mm TB. Very responsive but a bit nosey when you can hear it over the SC, headers/exhaust, tires etc.

Its almost there... another 40 RWHP to reach the 550 RWHP goal.

Thanks to MTF for all his input and advise during the build.

Thanks Keys, I think some data logging will get you closer to the 550 mark.

And like you and Power By the Hour mentioned your tires are eating some HP.
And how hot was it that day and was the truck hot also plays a role in numbers.
Power By the Hour did not have fans blowing on your HE which I like because it gives more of a real world results and the pull was in forth gear too.

You may want to think about getting the HD HE with dual fans as your next mod.
If I come across a big sale for it I'll give you a shout.

Someone just did the 3.125 pulley this past week still waiting on feedback.

525 RWHP / 485 RWTQ / 10.79 p.s.i boost

Installation of Dual Fanned Oversized Heat Exchanger with IC Reservoir
Removal Stainless Works Cats and install straight pipes
3.125" 6-Rib Raptor SC pulley
Axel Exchange

Whipple and Power By the Hour both agree my tires package (20" Fuel Octane with 35" Toyo M/T) will reduce dyno numbers by 25 RWHP. Also it did not help that the Dyno was done in the middle of July in South Florida...

I can finally post, FRF has been iffy all week.

Keys, that is fantastic!!!
The boost is nice and low for that power.

Whipple's new ver.2 Tune for the Optional upgrade package is working out well.
