That's obviously a prototype- not an actual 'Border Patrol" vehicle. It is still in development by the company and thus they need to impress the government. Basically it's for show at this point.

If everything pans out then the real production models that will be used will only have either plain fleet white paint or be painted like marked Border Patrol vehicles. We all know that the Border Patrol already uses Raptors and they are all plain looking except for the flashy recruiting vehicles (and those are vinyl wrapped with logos and recruiting numbers- not the graphics packages).

Trucks like these are nothing new. The Border Patrol has had similar systems on non-Raptors for years.
