Problem with acceleration

I have a Gen 3 which doesn’t seem to accelerate as quickly as I think it did when I bought it. I haven’t accurately timed but wondering if i have a problem with the turbo. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot without taking to shop. Anyone else had this problem?

Make sure the air inlet in front of the airbox didn't come loose from the radiator support area.

If you suspect a turbo, call up the boost gauge and watch. When I lost a turbo, it never moved above zero. Also, it was not barely noticeable, it was in your face sick. I had trouble getting up to 60 on flat ground.
