So, while trying to install my fancy RPG shackles this weekend, my Pro Eagle jack went **** up. What exactly happened I'm not sure - I suspect a seal failed as fluid was gushing out. Anyway, I was pretty upset that my fancy and expensive jack was *****. So this morning, I rang up Pro Eagle to see what I should do - mind you my warranty is up, was up a couple months ago - I spoke to Chuck and he said bring it down (since I'm local) and we'll fix it. I was pleasantly surprised and fully expected to pay for a repair. I arrived and he took the jack to the back and I waited in the lobby. 10 minutes later he comes out cradling what I thought was my jack. He said, "Here is a brand new jack". :D

I was pleasantly floored (no pun intended)! They definitely went above and beyond IMO and I just had to tell someone who might care!

It is really nice to see a company stand behind their product like that and sadly, it seems to have become a rarity these days.

seriously, that is good C/S. it’s helpful in making big ticket purchase decisions.

Thanks but, I'm not nearly that badass (I am not prior military). And anyone who has seen 'Big Trouble In Little China' (if you haven't, super awesome classic 80's flick with Kurt Russell) knows what ***** is :)
