Thanks for the response......but I got my one sentence, email response late Friday with a quote that was $200 more than advertised on your website.....I'm good fellas

If you felt that I quoted you $200 more than our website, why wouldnt you have asked me about it? The fact is, that I quoted you exactly the same price as our website, You referenced a picture and said you wanted it quoted "like the picture" The bumper is 1100, Blacked out and stealth paneled it is 1300. That is what I quoted you. As far as us not getting back to you, No excuses that is my fault, us Moving or not you should have been contacted immediately and I am sorry that you were not, and I am sorry this deal fell through.

ADD, I got your email and I saw the notification here as well, so like you, I will post in both places......

First, let's take a step back..... when you first contacted me, there weren't pictures or prices up for the SD line of your bumpers, hence why you said to go to your FaceBook page and check them out. 18 days later, you responded with your quote and having kinda forgotten what the bumpers looked like I went to ADD's website to see if there might be some pictures uploaded........not only were there pictures now, but there was a price lower then what you had quoted!!! Starting price says $1,100 and with just adding "stealth option" and raw aluminum skid plate, you're still at $1,200, which is still $100 over what you quoted me......

Honestly it's not really the price that bothers me, as I've seen ADD's fab skills with three different Raptors using your product that I've put together, and I must say the quality of work is top notch. What bothered me was not only the length of time of your response, but when you finally responded, it was one line, could care less, response.....it really rubbed me the wrong way. But in the end, you sucked up, and apologized....definitely don't get that much these days

With that being said........thank you for the apology and you have my business back, we can either continue on here or back thru email......I did ask for you to please tell me what exactly the "stealth" option is.......thanks!

Lmao.

Dan... You have no idea what the **** you're talking about.

A few things:

-Jules never asked for a hookup
-he's owned a Raptor since summer 2009 (yes, 2009) and had the first "civilian" Raptor jump posted on YouTube
-He and I have been in contact with ADD since October about this
-He tried contacting them via this thread as his last resort

Food for thought, Dan... Food for thought

Thanks for straightening me out. Because of you I now know "what the **** I'm talking about." :mwah1:

And congrats to Jules for owning a Raptor since summer 2009, that's awesome. :roflsquared:

Personally I've only owned a Raptor since Fall of 2009 so I'm clearly not as experienced.

I'm glad he was able to work things out with ADD publicly. :redxhitrf7:

I'm going back to figure out which floor liner is best. I'll give you both a full report when I've got that done. :025:
