T-Bone, yes, the fort church hill area, is the infamous area with the dry lake bed, the "benchmark" road/run, and where you go towed out...lol.

Lots to explore out there, lots to do for two days and to set up a base camp. Can even head down the road to the gate and head over to carson city or go the other direction and hit the real fort church hill park, and take a trail out there to, i think, a semi-active military area.

I really want a nice weekend out there to camp and explore.

It would also allow people to go at their own pace, and hangout at base camp, or go out and ride. Also would be able to have some of the more experienced drivers to take or ride with the less experienced. Give tips and help us all grow and have more fun.

Just some ideas Puddle_Hunter and I were kicking around...I think I also talked to Bigg about it too. Maybe a late summer early fall trip for this...not sure. I'm just the idea guy, and grunt...lol. I'll let the RDC guys tell me what they need me to help with.
