Powertrain male function / P0068.

Hey all!

Interesting thing this morning. Was driving over the grape vine uphill at about 75mph and all of a sudden heard a thud immediately followed by a drivetrain male function / pre collision unavailable warning.

Gave me the orange wrench and limp mode ( no boost).

Pulled off and read the code with the access port. (Goosetune stage 2 and TCM ).

Decided to clear it and the truck was completely fine for the 40 miles back home.

Concern ? Vehicle JUST had its 20,000 mile service last week without any issues.

Only code I had was P0068 / Manifold absolute pressure Mass air flow throttle…

Sounds like it was a safety net within the tune file and all is fine.

The grapevine is brutal in warm weather, did you have the AC on? Just curious what the Goosetune intake looks like? You got any pics?

Yeah AC on as well. Wasn’t too warm ambient.

Intake is stock. Just the goosetune tune file.

I thought you needed aftermarket CAI for the stage 2?
