All the welds on my bumpers were rusted in less than a week. Had both bumpers linexed and problem solved for good!!

i actually looked around after i saw your bumper and found it's pretty common for welds to rust after being powder coated. something about the welds not taking the negative charge as well so the powder coat ends up being porous on the welds. sand blasting or pre-treatment is supposed to prevent that.

With that said Birdman I think it should be an option to have linex on the bumpers. Just seems like a better way to go for rust issues and over all toughness.
