Possibly trading 37pp for R

I was just presented with the possibility to trade my 23 37pp in for a R, for a stupid price. Timing sucks a little as I installed the Eibach 2.2/1.5 lift on Monday. I need the lift to fit my wheels and I dont see 2.2 front springs offered for the R yet, I know the R is heavier but will I be able to get by with these springs until I can find R specific ones.
