Portable Cd hookup

Got a question? does anyone know how to get a portable cd to work in a 19. Is this possible to plug and play or forget it. Don’t see any patch cord receptacle for speaker activation. Thxs

I remember using a Discman with a cassette tape adapter, but that was '96. Is Bluetooth or Car Play or Android Auto not an option?
