Plastic dip the truck?

How does it hold up? and How many Cans?

To do a large area you will need a real sprayer. It will not be possible to get an nice even coat with cans. I tried.

Yep, the skid plate is about the largest area (flat area) you will want to do with rattle can..

if you plastidip something and don't like it, can you just peel it off?

Yes it will just peel off. I would personally just wrap it in vinyl if I was gonna spend the time to plastidip
