They do… Baja makes their own brackets

However we prefer the sdhq brackets and have a complete kit available with a better and easier to use harness then the one Baja provides

Ok, what’s the difference, do they mount lower? More inward?

Thicker steel on the sdhq . Multiple contact points (the sdhq have 2 bolts that hold them on the bottom AND another bolt up top)

Check out the complete kits on our website

What would you say your comparison is between the SDHQ and ADD light brackets are?

We made the decision to only sell the SDHQ mounts here. We stock them for Fords, Toyotas, etc...

I've never used the ADD ones but looking at them they appear to mount the same way the SDHQ ones mount.

$179.98 for ADD and $189.95 for SDHQ.

We ship free though on the SDHQ so you probably save some $$ there. And we sell complete Baja Designs + Diode Dynamics Kits w/SDHQ mounts that also save you money as part of the bundle.

ADD appear to have multiple mounting spots (3 channels) for the lights compared to 1 spot on the SDHQ. However the SDHQ seems smaller where the light sits which might be beneficial for some folks (less material sitting up there visible).

No complaints here about ADD. We just can't stock every bracket on the market. We DO sell ADD but we don't STOCK their brackets. We STOCK SDHQ.

Good to know. Just trying to figure out best options before purchase. I was initially unaware the SDHQ had dual mounting points and thought the ADD were the only ones. Always better to have additional reinforcement. Will be placing my order in the next couple minutes. Have a set of Squadron Pros that have been sitting in a box just waiting to go on the truck.

Yes the SDHQ have 2 holes for mounting lights. That's not to say you can mount 2 lights, just 2 positions you can mount the lights in.

Brackets are here for the Gen3: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/sdhq-a-pillar-light-mounts-for-2021-2024-f150/

And if you don't have an upfitter harness, you can grab ours for the Squadrons: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/crystalux-a-pillar-wiring-harness-2x-wp-2-pin-connectors-baja-designs/

And I also recommend, while you are in there, to install our upfitter extension kit: https://www.4x4truckleds.com/crystalux-auxiliary-switch-upfitter-pigtail-extension-kit/
