I wired the fog lights as per PIAA wiring diagram but cutting off their switch and running the white wire to the pass through wire to uplifter #1 switch and the black I grounded to the fender. So I guess I have it over fused but hey they still work.

Ok, sorry if I'm beating a dead horse about this, but I want to make sure I understand this to get the install right the first time.
I understand the part about cutting PIAA's switch out and then hooking up the white and black wires but, looking at the picture that you have of just the 2 pieces of flat bar with the holes drilled in them and part of the piaa wire harness in view, did you also cut out that small black rectangular thing? (which I'm guessing is the relay?)

Yes that is PIAA's relay and if you look near the top right corner you will see Piaa's inline fuse.

So you cut out both the PIAA relay and the fuse along with the switch?
Just want to make sure I'm on the same page as you.
Again, sorry for beating this to death.

Update:
I decided not to do the PIAA's and instead went with two pair of Rigid Industries Dually LED Lights.

All I did was cut the plug off for their switch I left their relay and fuse. Here is a copy of the wiring diagram. I hope this helps you.
