Looking for good place to get parts for the front suspension.

2014 - 65K

Control Arms Upper + Lower (Including Ball Joints and Bushings)
Shocks - (I'm thinking my bumps / thuds are here pretty rough at low speeds lots of noise)
Front of the truck is noticeable rougher - (In My Opinion)
Steering - Tie Rod Kit - Possibly here or in Steering Rack for the noise as we;;/

Basically tired of taking to the dealership to be told its fine...
then hear these noises that I've heard and dealt with on other vehicles.

New Steering Sounds while driving to / in Idaho and across Northern Nevada
Steering Binding felt - very light but binding all the same...

Same sound here different vehicle and was fixed 100% with a power steering flush
(steering gear replaced - no flush - gear not properly lubricated transmitted sounds through column:

had a 2500HD have steering gear fail - binding was really bad... that truck had less than 10k on it.
(front end on that didn't clunk like this.... LR4... when bushings and ball joints were gone - made many of the same sounds)

here is Raptor clunk sounds:

Don't forget sway bar end links. These are easy to diagnose as well, just pull both off and go for a drive, if the noise is gone you've got your culprit

Sounds like something loose in the interior to me.

Nope
Interior is fine - well - Other than .....

the bumps are felt really good in the steering wheel -
which is somewhat normal.

I'll probably have it torn down in the next week or two to see what is going on.
Steering noise getting pretty bad now, worse when moving slowly - obviously harder to make turns when moving on the freeway to get enough turn to notice the sounds.

Slowly getting to this...

G1.R.14Rack.F150.PNG

Drove up to Idaho week before Xmas - got there and saw PS Fluid at min line
got new fluid put in- Noise still there no difference -
colder temps seems to come and go not as loud at times - no consistent way to make the noise.
drove it back - got to work over next couple of weeks - same sounds no change
saw this wet spot on passenger side of the boot - doesn't look like any tears - but seems odd the pooling of fluid at the bottom..

thought that section wasn't anything other than grease anyway?

haven't checked fluid level - dropped it at a shop to inspect.

20200109 - Update
Steering Rack Leaking at connections identified in Photo
unsure if leaking at connection or internal seals leaking in Rack
Truck now on its way to Ford for Inspection of Rack - expect due to being Non-Serviceable - will be replaced?!? (does have an after market warranty, but we'll see how it progresses)

I believe the noise your hearing is in the steering shaft or I-shaft. In fairly common to see a u-joint go bad or rag joint to be bad.

That coupled with leaking Rack?

I Shaft bad joints usually is clunking & binding... the zipping sound interestingly enough usually people go after and grease the snot out of rubber boots at / near the firewall OR Inspect Clock Spring - Both of which have unique sounds when going bad.

Noise in some will go away - Depending on Specific sound
- however the zipping sound if generated IN the rack will remain

in another vehicles (without EPAS) - after 3 dealerships called it a Squeak / Rattle and thus not covered at all by after market warranty - the culprit was found - Poorly lubricated Steering Gear - Flush PS Fluid - Sound GONE.
- Sound started shortly after - 3-6 months after Steering gear was replaced due to a mandatory TSB replacement - the entire issue would have been mute if they had flushed Power Steering after the replacement - however they did not - because the TSB did not state to do so.
