Panel removal

Can anyone tell me how to remove the panel under the steering wheel on a 2019 Gen 2? It’s the panel that had lights and parking brake controls. I’m looking to install rocker switch bezels, so need to cut a hole. I saw an existing thread but panel did not look the same.

Pull the top of the panel away from the dash. It folds down from there and exposes screws.
