those lights are killer. I like how it looks but linex may flake off. It did on my wheel wells on gen2. I’d sooner get it professionally painted.
Thanks! Interesting on the line x, it obviously takes some abuse in the truck bed and holds well. Im surprised it would come off the skid plate.

I like it. I have the same color truck and wanted to do the same thing.

I have consulted with various people about how to best pull this off since the bumper is two tone. One idea was to vinyl wrap the silver part of the bumper and then powder coat the skid plate to match. That's what I was leaning toward but then I thought maybe just strip and repaint the bumper two tone with black and powder coat clear everything.

Looks good but if you scrape it down to the aluminum they blend better with silver. If you don’t plan on scraping it up it’s not really a problem. Looks good.

I think another member said plasti dip got a little soft and maybe a little sticky in the heat when he tried to wipe it off with a rag while warm. You might want to research that.
