Ok, ok. Some clarification needs to be brought to your line of thinking. So there is your way of thinking, stock looks best, is aggressive, blah, blah, blah. Then there is the bad ass, dope, down wit da looks way. You know the look, "Wow, I bet that guy is going to 4 wheel right up the side of Pikes Peak!!!". And "Wow dude, see that guy? Man, he is dope!". We all need to decide for ourselves. So if you want to be the guy people say "I bet he's going to TSC to pick up some food for his pet gerbil", then so be it.

Just personally don’t see how spending a bunch of money to match the fenders to the truck color (which Ford could have EASILY done since they do it on literally millions of F150’s but didn’t...) which make it look more like a run-of-the-mill stock f150 is “bad ass”. Not saying it looks bad at all. Just not my preference. And someone’s gotta play Devil’s advocate or else everyone on here will think - “now I gotta get my fenders painted”. For all you who haven’t painted your fenders, I think they look great “as is”.

The guidelines are found in "Crazy's Maybe, Someday, New Raptor Needs" book.

Had mine painted along with bedside graphics removal before it was picked up... For me, it was a must have.

It looks good, but isn‘t something I would do. I agree with others that the color match is too much like a Limited or Platinum for me. I chose Leadfoot because I liked how it was more subtle/monotone than Race Red with the grey flares, but I do like some kind of contrast there. If I were to change my flares in the future I would have them shot with line-x.

I absolutely see that side of it as well and agree it’s not for everyone. Idk what it was about this truck/color but I was set on painting them from the moment I saw the color. I plan on adding some contrast back to the truck via some matte black RappyGraphics decals because I do think that having contrast looks really sharp. Hopefully it turns out the way I have it pictured in my head haha

I think it looks great. On most colors I like the contrast of the metallic grey bumpers and flares. But on leadfoot the metallic bumpers and flares just don't flow as well.

Hits nail on head. Don't know what it is but it just enhances the look on a lead foot.
