GEN 2 Overlanding rack that works with a Truxedo bed cover

Are there any bed rack solutions that work with a normal Truxedo soft cover? Most of the combined rack/bed cover solutions I have seen have the harder roll-covers that roll down into the bed - having had a Mountain Top Roll Cover on my previous VW Amarok I found it didn't work very well in snowy/freezing conditions as water would get into the system and freeze up.
