I recently took off my Artillery bumper. There are a few small chips in the coating, but still structurally solid.

Attached is the skid plate. I have the screws and components required for install.

It takes up room in my garage and am looking to get rid of it.

Does this require frame cutting? Does it come with the light and the skid?

no it does not require cutting the frame, no the light bar is not included, but it does come with the skid plate.
