Congrats on the truck. I had a Dodge Ram (2004) before my Gen 2 Raptor. I miss it. It was a good truck. Cloth interior 2wd it drove smaller and smoother but it was an on roader.

Biggest problem for me is that the Jeep Dodge dealer here in Naples is the absolute worse. If it was a choice between a horse or a dodge I would go with the horse.

REBEL 12's just a new toy...RAM did some nice work
Maybe RAM can compete with Raptor in the next couple of years.
GM would also be smart to get into the full size, factory pre-runner market.
Good to have choices.

Trying to find out how the E torque feels as opposed to not having it. I know it gives some more pop off the line (100+ lb ft.) but just don't know how it translates to real world additional power. Numbers don't always give you the whole story.

Good luck with that rattle trap. The only thing Dodge makes decent is their diesels and the interior of those suck as well. Dodge's are like boats, happiest day is when you buy it and then sell it. Don't expect much on the resale or trade in.

I put about as much faith in those reviews as I do with Chevy and all the JD Power awards. Few things they forgot to mention, you better keep 1. A tow ******** hand for when the tranny breaks, 2. Ear plugs to keep from hearing all the rattles, 3. Tape to keep your seats together since the leather they use is crap at best. Good luck with it, might want to check around on the resale value of a Dodge in a year.
