Ouch, Transmission cracked!

Not mine, but local shop had one in. Have a good friend that works there and she had to show me as soon as I walked in.
Driveshaft had a ding in it like it KO'd but it was a ding/dent, not a ding/dent and rotating at the same time.
Used truck on a test-drive.
If I recall this had around 25,000 miles on it.
