Orange Box in 4x2 Screen Display

What is this? I reset my trip mileage when I filled up. Trip A is normal but when I flip over to Trip B - I get this on the screen. I cannot remove it or do anything with it no matter what buttons I push. Any thoughts?

You can pause the trip meter. If I remember correctly it is tapping the okay, instead of pushing and holding okay button

I freaked out at first... Thinking it was orange screen of death.. Finally figured it out after mad button pushing...
