The "infrastructure bill" they rammed through does have a provision to change the law but that has not happened yet and from what I read it will be a couple years before we see the affect in the US.

Ford may opt to do this via an over the air update but in the mean time, here is the hack:

it is, I had it turned on for about a week and loved it but my truck is scheduled for some warranty work next week so I flashed everything back to "As built"

Did not the Gen 3 comes with active park assist? Rem seeing a button on the centre stack..

The button is indeed there, I have not had the occasion to mess with it.
