Its about 42 miles depending on which way you go. There are trails that are over 100 miles. They are north of the valley off the 95. One of my favorite trails that I have found so far. There is a picnic/campground halfway through at the elevation peak (6500 ft or so). I was about 84 when we were up there. There are some parts that could be extremely fun/dangerous in a Raptor. I was fairly conservative since we were out there by ourselves. It is a National Wildlife Refuge so u will see Rangers out there. Good times though.

I've run Mormon Wells a few times myself. I've been meaning to try out those campsites halfway through. I'd be down for a group run.

Great pics....I have to admit I read the thread title a little to quickly and though it read something more humorous and.......moronic. LOL

How did the truck perform offroad at 6500ft?

I know there is a section of the I-15 on the way to LV that is 6000ft+ and there were no issues.
