I completely agree with the family vibe. When I went there I helped them out a bit with stuff, and was practically forced to eat the delicious burritos they had bought for lunch. Then while doing my Stage 2 install we found out my rear shocks were blown horribly, so they helped me out with an awesome deal on some factory take-offs. Then offered to let me come back the next day to fix some random stuff on my truck.
They're a great bunch of dudes. I was happy to drive the 5.5 hours it took to get there.
Truck is looking good Toby, we'll put it through its paces tomorrow night man!

Agree with all. Cory and Jarrett are certainly building a customer first organization and it is very apparent in the awesome folks that work there (like Jeff). I had a similar experience and just really like those folks. Not to mention their products kick ass. Other companies that have product that sell themselves sometimes take the alternate path. RPG did it right from the beginning.
C'mon, you met doucheboots in person... I figured he needed some spice in his life so sometimes you gotta help a brother out. Kinda like a charity case, but sadder.
A good write up could have been a great write up if you left the last part off...
