It's dark for me, but several of my buddies have tested theirs at 2% and never get hassled from the cops. I hope mine being much lighter won't be a problem.

I've got 30%, I think, on the GT and haven't been bothered by the police. ..though my gf did borrow the GT and was pulled over less then 200' down the road. Luckily the cop was a friend of mine and let her go without even writing a warning.

The second (or should I say first) part of my plan is to quickly roll down the windows in the event of being pulled over. I doubt that will work either.

just tell them you get night blindness when you drink heavy from the oncoming traffic.
