Current situation - Stage 1 93 COBB tune, radiator shroud, and drop-in filter otherwise bone stock.
Next steps - Would you....A - go stage 2 and get an intercooler from COBB or...... stay stage 1 and get a custom tune from Goose?
Goals, just a bit more fun when I hit the pedal!

You should wait a bit longer and get an intercooler and Goose stage 2 tune.

@GooseTuned I have heard about the ability to swap ECU's for the 22 and 23's. Not sure if this is a viable route to go down while waiting for '23 ECU crack. Thoughts?

What are thoughts on trans tuning combined with increased HP? Characteristics are one thing but more from a reliable not do damage point...?

I’ve seen that as well. COBB doesn’t currently support that

Do you guys have the part number for the 2023-2024 PCM? If it isn't a different PN from 2021-2022, is there some other way to distinguish them?

A quick check on eBay shows both ML3A-12A650-GMC and ML3A-12A650-GNC.
