The 24 Raptor R key fob saysb’’Raptor”’ on it. I painted the R, red.

The 25 Raptor R key fob, doesn’t say Raptor at all. It’s blank

So, so save costs, Ford isn’t making a special Raptor only key fob.

I hope this clears up the misunderstanding

No I understand completely but to me thats not a feature a word on a keyfob is a small thing compared to something like AC or ABS those are features sure a raptor word on keyfob would be nice but come on man its not that big of a deal. Im not sure what changed on the 25 vs 24 but there may be something that offsets it like lets say you got something even better than a keyfob. does the 24 have red tow hooks?

Well I had an MSRP deal on this order but seemed like the order was going nowhere. So I finally confronted the dealership and found out that they never had an allocation even though they told me that Ford would build it. I kept seeing 25’ R’s being posted by dealers wanting $20-30k over and the best I ever saw advertised was $15k over. I found a broker that found an Oxford White in Houston that first wanted $30k over but they got them down to $125k OTD. Figured it was the best I have seen in months and ready to pickup now. So a couple of weeks ago, I hitched a ride with a buddy that was already going to Houston and picked this up. Yeah, paid $11k over and I had to jump on it quick but atleast I have one now. Bummer though because once I got back home, had a coolant leak and has been at the dealership for a week, hope to pick up today as they found the issue and has been waiting on a valve part replacement. Guess I will leave my order in-place just incase it ever shows up, I will have options. Now gotta sell my GEN2 asap.
