Yes they will fit. You will need plug and play harness. You can get one from Dawson @Raptor Retrofit.

umm ... he ran these before he went to retrofits so I think you can assume it has a bulb and ballast.

I know he upgraded to retrofits. I read the description of what the OP is selling. It didn't say what was included, Just OEM headlights. Better to check and make sure than assume. But thanks for replying on something you're not selling.
