Partnumber for the 2018 801a package?
I believe the ones listed were for the 2017

Here are the components I used for my 2018. The alarm module model was checked against my vin by tasca. Works awesome. Plug and play!

Vehicle Security System, Ford Perimeter Plus - Ford (JS7Z-19A361-A)
$180.95
The same part ordered from Ford is $235.00

BajaMod Alarm Shock Sensor Bracket

$39.99

Here’s some pics. The red circle indicates the sensitivity adjustment.

Does this mess with the current remote start that already comes with the 2018 truck? I already have remote start button on the key fob so I don’t want a “Loxk-Unlock-Lock” remote start to be added.

Absolutely not. My truck is fully loaded with every option you can get. Does not affect remote start, lock, unlock, anything. It even sends me notices through my ford pass app to let me know the truck has detected a vibration or movement. It is completely seamless and integrated.

Hi All...
2018 Raptor.
I just installed this (JS7Z-19A361-A). And nothing...
It does not seem to be working. Tap/pound on the window... stand on the bumper and rock the truck.... nothing.
I installed it with and without the jumper, sensitivity all the way up and down, nothing...
What am I missing?

Thanks in advance for any info on this.

It took a while for mine to start working. Upwards of an hour. Try locking the truck and unlocking the truck a couple times. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the negative battery terminal for about 15. Minutes.

Hi dh
I finally called the seller (Fairway Ford, in Ohio), he said I should have gotten an email with instructions... So he sent it to me, and It does not really cover my 2018 802A truck.
The instructions want me to cycle the key, I have the push button, bottom line I cant get the reaction the instructions call for.
I did disconnect power, reconnect after 5 minutes and test, nothing.
I'll give it an hour and re test...
I'll have to call Fairway Ford on Monday.
Any more ideas?
Thanks

Cycle the key just means turn the truck accessory power on and then off again. Do that about 10 times then turn everything off, close the door and lock the truck for about 30 minutes. The system needs to check for the new module. Take the jumper out if you have it installed too. You don’t need it. It will disable the alarm altogether.

After 30 minutes, without the key in your pocket (leave the key in your house) go out and hit the drivers side window to check for the alarm. I have the same exact tech package as you and mine worked.

Okay; I got a new module and hooked it up and it WORKS!
These are the steps to make it work on a 802A Raptor:
Disconnect battery.
Connect module (without jumper).
Sensitivity at 60% to 80%.
Re-Connect battery.
Get in vehicle and shut the door (key fob in your pocket).
(Do Not step on brake) push start button on, push start button off.
Doors will lock and then unlock (This has to happen, or it did not recognize the module, if this does not happen, start over).
Depress brake and start vehicle.
Shut off vehicle shut door and lock with key fob.
Take your keys and put them in the house (far away).
ALL of these steps are necessary.
Hit the A pillar with your palm, the horn will report a short blast.

Thanks everyone for the help.

I'm really not sure if the original is/was defective or my setup was flawed.
I disconnected the module twice and repeated the steps, it worked every time.

on an 801 A you also need the overhead console with the sensors to cover someone reaching in the truck - 802a already has this
