Knuckles

I ordered the stock F150 knuckles, they are about $20 cheaper each, only difference is you will need to tap a few 6mm holes. The caliber bolt holes are the same size.

I added the gusset kit from Outlaw and drilled out the top mount from 5/8" to 3/4" to mate with the RPG UCA.

Installed my new Knuckles today.....with new 3/4" 12 point bolts and spacers, Minimum tensile strength is 170,000 psi on the bolts.

Had to grind about 5/16" off (note screwdriver in 3rd pic) to clearance the spring on the FOX 3.0s. You can see the issue in the 2nd pic.

Looks good. How did you do the welding? Mig, Tig, Arc?
Were the braces actually hitting the spring? Kind of weird. I didn't have any problem with that at all when I did mine.
Nice job you did.

At full extension they were hitting the springs....Talked to Connor at Outlaw, he though that maybe FOX had changed the springs on the new 3.0s, has a call into them to see, but not likely.

I had them Tig welded....

Does outlaw sell there gussets welded to the knuckle for additional $$ or are you on your own to figure out who can weld them?
