We just finished our new INSTALL video for the OEM upgrades featuring a 24 Raptor Modular Bumper.

Alex, our videographer had some fun with this one... lol. So where you see some edits and reverb etc. He was making fun with some blooper stuff. So it was no accident...

Enjoy!

Although these have been available for the Raptor since its inception, some customers made us aware that we needed to do a more FORMAL introduction. So hopefully this helps some of you.

We were the FIRST to developed our OEM Replacement fog kits for the big 3 here - Rigid, Baja & Diode in the VERY beginning, before anyone else had released anything Back in October of 2021.
These kits were originally designed around the 2021 F-150 Raptor which utilize the SAME OEM Rigid SAE lights as the Bronco Raptor, AND the new Modular Bumper Raptor 37 and R Packages.

We posted this install video back on Jan 1st of 2022. This video shows the easy installation and replacement. Though it shows an F-150 Raptor, and the Bronco Raptor plastic surrounds look a little different. The lights are the same, and that's what is being replaced WITHIN the housings. Therefore, these replacement kits and brackets are compatible with the Bronco Raptor, Ranger Raptor, F-150 Raptor (21+) INCLUDING the new 24 Model with Modular Bumper.

Engineering-

When we designed our brackets, we had several things in mind.

Our PATENT PENDING T-BRACKET Design accomplish this in many ways.

Including-

- Universal fitment for MORE than just ONE light model/Brand.
- Adjustability
- Strength and durability with 3 points of contact
- Matching OEM look / finish

When it comes to strength and durability, we wanted to be sure the MOUNT POINTS that Ford Used are ALL utilized. There are 3 Mounting points.
The few other options out there that offer replacement lights in there only use 2 mounting points. The ones on the SIDES.

The only thing attaching the lights to the plastic housing then at that point are 2 TINY screws on each side. Again, being plastic, we wanted to utilize all 3 points of contact. It goes without saying, plastic can be brittle. It also goes without saying, any vehicle, including a Raptor of any model, bounces UP and DOWN in a VERTICAL manner when going over rough surfaces. By utilizing the LOWER and CENTERED 3rd mounting point, the up and down vertical movement of the vehicle and the harmonic vibration imposed on the lights within the plastic housing, are stabilized by the 3rd leg of the T bracket. This then stabilizes the entire light housing from left to right and up and down.

Notice the photos below-

From there, any light model or make can be installed as long as it fits within the opening of the housing.

So we have kits for the Direct Replacement Rigid SR-M models in the PRO series here. Since the lights will look the SAME as the original 2 SAE lights, you can choose replace just ONE pair or BOTH with the SR-M Model

Then for those who prefer Baja Designs, we have an Array of any light for those as well in these 2 variation kits. One has SAE S2 and other combo lights in it and the other has Just Pro and Sport S2's.

And then we have Diode Dynamics. For those who want backlights. You can also use our Diode Dynamics SSC2 kits.

From there, we also offer just the brackets. If you want to reuse some old S2's or something. We won't restrict you there. We would love to work with you on lights as well however, so if you need some lights. Do reach out to us first. We can often times meet or beat any so called deals you may think you are getting and since we are authorized through these companies. Warranties are a breeze. In fact, often times when people buy one thing here, another there and another somewhere else, they spend MORE than just getting a full kit. So just check. If its a better deal we will tell you. However, if you already have some S2's, SSC2's or Rigid SR-M's, then using them with a set of these brackets is a great option...

For Baja S2's these are the ONLY bracket needed.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...lights-sold-separately?variant=44291281944808

For Diode SSC2 and Rigid SR-M, you need 2 pairs of these Forward/Rear facing U brackets as well. This is because the little U Brackets that come with the Diode and Rigid SR-M lights won't swivel BEHIND the lights for proper facing. In Diodes case, they actually put the plug in for the harness directly under where the bracket goes so we had to design it carefully to fit.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...light-mount-brackets-fits-diode-dynamics-ssc2

In any of these kits, you will get a set or both sets of these brackets with your kits.

Then for wiring. Each Baja kit comes with 2 pairs of these direct Plug N Play Connectors-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...ther-pack-adapter-baja-designs-squadron-s2-s1

For the Rigid SR-M Models we have 2 pairs of these DT 2 Way Plug in adapters-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...nnector-adapter-rigid-d-series-diode-dynamics

And for Diode, since they have the backlights, we have a really quick and easy plug n play kit available to connect everything, including the backlights to either a separate switch our our integrated marker/headlight adapters for an OEM function with the parking/marker lights.

Diode will include these adapters with backlight port-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...dapter-backlight-port-diode-dynamics-radiance

And then these DT4 Pole adapters to match the Diode Lights-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

(We will soon have a new adapter that essentially combines those 2, into one. The advantage of the 2 adapters is the universal fitment to may lights. However, we will simplify those here soon with a 3rd option. You may get the 2 with your kit or in a few weeks start getting the new combination. In any case, they are plug n play and easy to connect.)

From there, we deal with the backlights. So the Diode kit will include one of these backlight Y harnesses. It will connect to the 4 single backlight ports on the 4 adapters and combine them to one. It will then come out by your Aux wires. You can either connect it to an Aux switch and turn the backlights on and off manually.... Or to our Headlight adapter (also part of our patented harness system) to utilize the backlights automatically when the headlights come on or the parking/marker lights. When you lock and unlock the doors, it will also flash like stock.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...s-system-works-with-many-vehicles-see-details

Here is the Headlight Adapter-

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...kers-spv-harness-system-works-w-many-vehicles

You can also get a little more creative though than the standard kits. We have several people who like to put both pairs on one switch, like the Fog switch and free up their Aux 1 switch again for other stuff.

You can do that easily as well by adding a pair of our Molex Splitters here and a relocation harness. You would plug your 4 adapters into the splitter and then the splitter into the connector in your bumper that is the fog switch on both sides.
Then, you would plug one side of the relocation harness into the 2 ports that are the Aux 1 switch. It would then just route up to the other Aux switch area where you have access to that connection with your other 5 Aux switches #2-6.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...-oem-fogs-combine-both-pairs-to-1-switch-pair

https://specialtyperformanceparts.c...x-1-fog-switch-relocation-plug-n-play-harness

We have some nice videos here on the F-150 Raptor with these conversions. Even though it is an F-150 Raptor, it still is the same application, so you should have a nice takeaway from these-

We will do some updated videos on these soon, but if any of you get one of these kits, take some video as well or pictures and post them on this post so others can see! We would love the feedback.

Also, any of your snap on covers will work with these. So The Rigid SR-M Amber Pro or Yellow covers, or the stock "RAPTOR" printed one you have on your stock lights. The Baja Yellow or Black covers and the Diode Covers.

https://specialtyperformanceparts.com/products/rigid-sr-m-series-light-covers-sold-in-individually

Do let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Hopefully this has been informative.

On one last note. The other nice thing about any of these kits, is that since they are a true OEM replacement and plug n play. Many people like to change vehicles. Maybe you start with a Bronco Raptor and trade that in on an F-150 Raptor.. or Vice Versa. You can take your fog kit with you and reinstall them in the next truck. Just always KEEP any leftover pieces you remove from the housings and those old SAE lights in a safe place. That way you can easily reinstall them back into your truck for sale/trade in.

Also, for more EXTENSIVE Fog kits. As we have stated in many of our other posts with our new Modular Bumper Brackets. We will have some other new complete replacement Fog kits available as well!

For those of you that follow us, you know... compared to many other sellers out there. We don't just "Sling" things together or "Halfway Repurpose" stuff that doesn't fit or work PERFECT... So you can rest assured, that when we bring out some additional options here, they will be GRADE A and look the part.

I am working on some REALLY REALLY cool options here for your 24 Raptors... I don't want to say what they are out loud, because we do have some places out there that follow our posts and like to snick our ideas and try to sling something out that's a sub par copy before we release ours. We prefer to do things top notch rather than just throw stuff out there... So I can tell you this much. You will REALLY like what we are working on for your 24 models.... So STAY TUNED!!!

(6) 6x6 Rigid Adaptive lights with a SPV light bar on our 2023 Raptor V6 EcoBoost and the (2) sets of "real" Rigid driving and fog lights in the front bumper. Ford has a deal with Rigid to install those front bumper lights with a much more subdued wattage of those OEM lights, the difference is literally "night and day" after we installed these real Rigid lights. (1) set of those lights can be used on the main OEM headlight switch (push on that button) and the other set of lights is wired to the overhead auxiliary switch #1 and the rest of the (6) Rigid adaptive lights on the light bar are controlled by those overhead auxiliary switches #2 #3 and #4. I think we can light up half of Johnson or Douglas Country here in KS. LOL. :driver:

Wow!

That looks GREAT!

Thats right! You went with the Adapt XP Lights! Pretty cool. Very unique build. What do you think of those lights? Did you set them to full on? Or Zone controlled? What cool about them in any case is that basically they cover just about all beam patterns in one light. Long, mid, wide... So even if you run all zones at once (which is simple), like you said, you can turn night into day!

We (and I am sure others on here) would love to see some night shots with them all on...

We also want to thank you for your business and support. It means the world to us!

If anyone wants to learn a little more or see what is different about his lights (The Adapt XP) here is a link to the Rigid landing page for those.

And on our site-

Also, if anyone needs help putting a unique bundle like his, or anything else. Reach out to us. We would love to help put a special build or bundle together for you.

I had a set of Baja Designs lights laying around from my Gen 2 so I wound up throwing them on my new truck using the SPV mount bracket and some harnesses.
I‘ll admit I was skeptical about the included templates but they are actually 100% spot on. It’s so much easier having the lights exactly where they should be and then just bolting up the bracket instead of adjusting while on the truck and trying to get everything even and uniform on both sides.
I used some harnesses from SPV to attach the BD lights to the OEM wiring. I used 2 pairs of OEM connector to weather pack connectors and a pair of y splits. I set it up so the OEM fog switch controls the pair of S2 sport wide and the pair of Squadron Pro mixed driving and aux 1 controls the pair of Squadron Pro Spots.
Fyi a pair of Squadron Pros and S2 Sports are a little over 8 amps, the OEM switch is supposed to be a 10 amp circuit. So far I haven't had a problem with the fuse blowing.
