Odd whine from engine bay

I haven't heard mine in about 3 months. Not that I did anything to fix it, it kinda went away on its own.

I have the same on my truck, I'm pretty sure it's the wind. It only happens when there is air blowing around outside and it doesn't have to be blowing around that much. It never happens when it's sitting in the garage. It may be coming from the horns or turbos as the air is getting pushed in from the outside.

Same here - 700 miles on truck.

Whistles on and off - 1.5 hours after parking the truck even.

Could it be the shocks or brake lines? Sounds close to the shock.

the video is hard to tell whats going on with you moving so much.

from what you describe and the situations its in, it sounds like it just has air or pressure buildup leaking off through the various ways pressure escapes.

Hi all. I don't have a Raptor but this is the only place I could find people having the same thing going on as I do. I have a 2018 f150 5.0. Like some of the other post I was washing it today and it started to make that sound. The truck has 1100 miles on it.

Mine does this also. 35,000 miles and is a 2017. Sometimes I’ve heard it do this hours after shutting the truck off.

My 18 did this 1 time for about 5mins. Since then I have not noticed it.
