Battery died in after leaving Cobb tuner on…pulled battery and re charged it. Put back in truck and now I have 0 volume control on stereo from dial and from steering wheel. Pulled fuses, reset Battery module, did master reset of sync….still zero volume when dial or steering wheel controls…all the beeps are there and start up tones….is the same battery just charged and showing 14.0V I can’t find anything online about this issue resolution..any help would be great..video attached. 3.3 Sync

I’d swing it by an AutoZone or equivalent and get the battery checked. Even though you’re showing it charged, it still may be bad or damaged internally somehow. That’d be my guess until someone else chimes in..

Does the volume increase numerically at least? Or does it just stay at zero on the screen no matter how you try to increase it?

If you hold the power knob down and the forward track button it will reset the sync radio. May be worth a try
