Not sure what you mean here, our support team has been responsive to your emails every step of the way and it is my understanding that they are in contact with you as we speak. Hello, what is the status of the findings?

Due to a handful of reports of excess valve noise we brought back our R&D Truck for additional testing to ensure everything was functioning as designed. On a couple of the first systems off the production line, there was a slight vibration that, funny enough, was also sometimes present on the stock exhaust. The cause was isolated, fixed (about a month ago), and there are no longer any delays in manufacturing.
