the problem is the drive.....its a long way to get up there.

Yeah, especially for you guys in/near the bay. It has to be a nice full long day or two to be worth it. This trip would be awesome for me, since i'm 1 hour away.

And I'm not too sure how much fun a snow run would be, compared to the fun we have in the dirt. Snow is cool, but it's not that cool...lol. I may be one of the few who didnt see the allure of the SnoBall500... :893MrT-thumb:

I think you'd end up having fun. It's kind of like mud except it doesn't get dirty like mud. It should be a lot deeper snow than the snowball. Thus slower speeds and more challenging.

I won't be attending... heading to Sparks this weekend to see family. I'd catch serious hell if I skipped out on 'em, to go play with you yahoos! :025: I'm also with VG on this, I don't see the appeal of willingly driving into deep snow.

Side note:
Ford still has my truck... 1 week without it and I'm starting to go through withdrawals.
edit: Just got off the phone with the dealership. Turns out the vacuum line harness that was damaged, is not in production for parts replacement yet. So Ford HQ is shipping one out, fresh off the assembly line. Probably be another week before my baby is back in my hands.

No worries. Don't knock it until you tried it ;-)
