Bigg50 covered all the run details. There were some "oh shit" moments, but it was a blast! Never a dull moment for sure...Next time I am eating at 1100, we always seem to get stuck before my feeding time! Haha

Here are a few more pics. Who is ready for April!?

Myron your truck is not as dirty. What's up with that? And how does that rear look after hitting that wall?

He has aftermarket wheels that cause the tires to stick out farther than stock. That video sounded worse than it was (I hope). I don't think we hit at all, the wheels just kept the body from touching. I have not washed it yet tho...
It was worse coming down. I was close enough that the bank folded in my mirror, but no scrapes in the mud coating on my truck.

Lol yes but at the same time it'd be even nicer knowing the money was well spent on visual as well as functional :)

Well, unless they fix and open the road, that is the part we probably have to skip. It just took way too long to get two trucks up that hill. It would be a short run if we all had to do it.

Ya, that hill was tough. I'm putting together a video now. I have my attempt on video as well. It's on my camcorder. MB's was on my iphone and was easy to upload.

I was able to make it up with out sliding into the rut. It could have been the tires, I had also lowered the psi to 30 and MB didn't. Or, I could have made it slicker from my attempt. MT's would definitely do better in most situations like that. However, since it was so slick I couldn't just go at wide open throttle. MT's need to spin in order to clean out and since I was creeping up they couldn't clean out.

If we don't take this road in April we are going to have to make another trip later in the summer. The more I hear the more I want to go.
