May try Walnut Creek and see how it goes. They are the closest to me.

Do not use Redwood City Ford for service issues.

Had several bad experienced with capital Ford. Morgan Hill has been great. Don't have to wait months for a TSB fix and they have taken the time to find some of the more rare issues within a week. Also give me options rather than one high ticket you got to do all these things right now responses. Definitely recommend.

I took my F-150 to Morgan hill service department and they told me I need a new engine from looking at the dip stick. They said there was metal shavings on it and immediately tried to sell me a brand new truck. 70k miles later I sold the truck and it was still running strong

I've had good experience with Walnut Creek. I took it in on a Tuesday for what was a small coolant leak... only to find out that there was scoring of the cylinders. They ordered a new long block, it arrived on Friday. I had my truck back by the following Friday. Seems to be running fine still.
