I am a new Raptor owner and could not be happier. One quick question for you more experienced owners. When slowly backing out of my garage and up slightly onto the road surface I often notice a very slight wooshing sound. Wondering if I could just be hearing the gas moving in the tank or if this could be a normal suspension sound. Not a big deal just curious. Thanks for the help.

Is it still making the noise? If its a really a low sound, it could be your shocks, the gas tank would sound like water moving back and forth.

It may be the shocks. I have never owned a vehicle with such an advanced suspension. Just wondering if anyone else can hear their shocks actuate at slow speeds.

I hear a very slight whine that sounds like the transmission. I figured that was normal for a slush pump.

Sure you aren't hearing the spooling of the turbos as the load increases on the truck?

That's not the sound I hear. I'm idling back out of the garage on level ground. I might only notice it because I'm in the garage and the sound reflects.
