GEN 2 No Trailer battery charging

Hey, does anybody know why my 18 raptor 802a package wont charge a trailer battery? Reads zero voltage at the rear of the truck with the trailer attached and wire pinned out. Thanks in advance.

Did you verify the fuse and relay for the circuit are installed in the fuse box?

Yes and hooked up autel scan tool and activated power point trailer relay and can get it to power up fine on the autel activation but the truck wont activate it.

Do the rest of the trailer functions work? Turn signals,brakes,backup,stop etc.

Did you unplug anything under the dash to make the ASS not functional or maybe Forscan?

Close all the doors and leave your key inside the vehicle while it's running

Did autel scan of all modules in truck no faults also ran trailer control module scan all checks out. Set key inside truck while doing all of this. When I push the autel power point trailer relay test I can hear the relay click then I have power out of that wire that's the only way I can get it to power is under the test. I tried under trailer setup to set to gooseneck or fifth wheel says cannot be activated in gray letters. I cant find on any screen inside that says anything about trailer charge point or power point on trailer. All the wires are good, fuse is good I'm getting power when I hit the button on the scan tool to test but that's the only way.

Try putting it in gear and then back in P or even N with the brake on

Tried that multiple times and hooking and unhooking trailer. Truck always recognizes the trailer hooked up.
