I have a similar problem on my 2012 SCrew wtih ~20k miles. I get almost no heat out of the drivers side foot vents but a whole lot out of the passenger side. It also has a whole lot of flow out of the face vents, which should be no flow when on foot only. The only work around I have found is to put it in dual-climate mode, then it all seems to work right.

Calling the dealer today.

They know how insane I am about my cars!! I take it this is an all day (or is it a multiple day) affair ??

Oh yeah! ALL DAY.
I believe it's a 8 to 10 hour job.
Brought it in one day and didn't get it till the end of the next.

That's the part where you are going to run into problems. I've never seen the same faces twice at any local dealers.

lol
where i used to work, gm, vw, dodge, and ford all outsourced their seat cover, seat heater, and side airbags to our shop. i did most of them. i was able to get a vw (new) beetle side airbag replaced in under 20 minutes. the gm seat heaters in 45 minutes, and dodge seat covers in 1 1/2 hours.

but if its something other than the components in the seat, then it will probably be longer
