north. saddle river/wcl area. near ny border. do a ton of road and mtn bike riding and spend a ton of time in ny. thinking of trading my ram 2500 for a raptor. just endless mulling it over. have always loved and desired a raptor but i have always ended up getting something more practice like a 2500 which lets me haul or plow or lug stuff and its a bit more 'reasonably' priced. but life is short. whats the going rate these days on the screws? i went to two dealers near me, they were like 5 to 7over i laughed said ill pay you 1k under msrp not a dolla rmore, they chuckled like i was stoned drunk. i was prepared to write a check right there. they said no. 4 hours later, found someone 1 state over who will take 2500 same spec. and deliver it to me. may pull that trigger tomorrow. you think 2500 is a fair price these days? any massive reasont o wait for the 2019? will they be ADM' jacked up a bunch? shocking to me these things are above msrp. dont get me wrong. AMAZING machine. amaizng. but its still a production car and there are tons of them out there. i race in pca with a cup car, and friends have street cars like gt3RSs which are super rare. almost none out there. sure, i get it. but when a dealer has 4, the other has 2, another has 2. and everyone has one. .how in the world does above msrp pricing exist? like amazon's stock price i guess...perceived value and noone wants to budge. pay up or dont own it.

I have always bought used. Check the internet there are dealers who will sell at MSRP. Mark up is such ******** since it's the end of the second production year for gen2. My business is in vineland NJ. The local dodge jeep store traded in 17 screw with 28k miles. Beadlocks carbon fiber white all options MSRP 72k. Plus adm..lol they will sell for 62995 of you mention my name. As a used dealer I do a lot of business with them. Dennis
