For 37's your probably gonna need some new fiberglass fenders

Yeah if some one could chime in on this it would be appreciated. It's not that i don't trust you, Humvee but the more opinions the firmer my grasp is on the idea. Thanks!

I also add to this, I just put 305/55/20 (33x12.50) Trail Grapplers on my Titan and love them. A little louder and lighter than the Toyos I used to have...and they're $300 less.

37" need some firewall modifications. Nothing major, just a trim to allow full articulation. Raptizzle is a great source...

thats the trick for 37s... if its a street queen and you just go from light to light dropping off dry cleaning or taking your kids to school, it won't be an issue with 37's on OEM fenders.

If you're gonna compress that front end, you're gonna need wider fenders, or you're gonna take em out. :)

I'm thinking about Trail Grapplers for my SD, I can't find anyone who can gimme the 411 on the noise compared to the Open Country M/T... I'm gonna use 35/12.50/20's... not worried about space, more concerned about the highway noise.

From what i've heard they are slightly louder than stock, i had Toyo Open Country M/T on my last truck they were not that loud, louder but expected, By the way those were good all-around tires...ie. mud, snow, etc...

My Toyos were pretty much silent until >30,000 miles, but that's because they got warped. The warping was partially my fault and partially the Nissan dealership.

I recently switched from the Toyos after 36,000 miles to a set of Trail Grapplers. Yes, they are a little louder. But I feel like I can only hear how loud they are with the windows down. I wouldn't call them loud, but if you're doing 70-75 on the highway you can hear a whoosh sound and it's more of a dull hum. With the windows up, you can't really hear them.

And don't forget this is on a 2008 Nissan Titan that doesn't have nearly the same degree of noise insulation as an F-150/Raptor.

If you're concerned about price, I purchased at Discount Tire and got the tires at cost. After the tires, insurance, fees here and there, and sales tax I got my Trail Grapplers for $1735. Toyos would have been $2047.

Also, I want to say that the Toyos are a little heavier than the Trails if that is of any concern to you as well. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
