Hit a bump with just one of the rear tires and you might end up pointed in the wrong direction with that kind of pressure in the rears and nothing in the bed.I was thinking the same, I have always run around 38.
Of course the tire shop filled mine back up to 48, any issues with running them that high?
I will admit the truck seems to ride better with them higher (on the street). Get a little more bounce, but its not unbearable
