Well i figured some people may not look at the welcome thread. So what did you think? Do you see an advantage in exhaust flow? We are looking for thoughts on the design.

Duplicate threads merged. We are going to give him a chance, guys, but no sales without a vendor account.
After watching the video, I have a couple of comments for you. The vast majority of the cutouts discussed here are able to be actuated from in the cab. Your design does not appear to be able to do that. A lot of folks may not be interested in having to get out and unbolt and rebolt a cut-out. In addition, most of the electric cutouts have been unreliable. A real innovation would be developing a reliable electric cutout.

One thing to think about almost everyone on here does quite a bit of off-roading so most people don't want to climb under their filthy trucks or lay in the dirt to take off the plate for their cutout. Other than that your idea seems promising. Keep us posted if you decide to try perfecting and electric cutout. Thanks.[/QUOTE
Well our first thought is for track use, drags, slalom, roadcourse, drifting etc. What I find interesting is the amount of pickups that have fairly loud exhaust on them. I recently worked in a high volume valet, and what used to be muscle cars rumbling around, is now 90% trucks! I do believe, that with catalytic converters, and our Directflow track insert installed after cat, you could drive around normally, and with a little judicious use of the right foot not have a real problem. I may have to get a hold of a Raptor owner and see. I would be willing to say that most makes of standard pickup trucks, wouldn't have an issue with it open to track mode on the street.
We have a electric design for both cutout and muffler, but we will need time to develop them. The DirectFlow design gives the hi-performance guy a much better exhaust flow without turbulence or restriction, in a basic design.

That sounds good keep us informed. I have no problem with loud. I've been running with cats only and no muffler or resonator for months because every exhaust system I've tried hasn't been aggressive enough for me. Where are you located? I just happen to have two Raptors that you could check out.
