Welcome aboard. Very nice Raptor. Where abouts in Montana do you live? I special ordered an 802a SCrew from Kalispell Ford, picked it up in October 2019. I almost chose Velocity Blue but decided on magnetic with no decals, tailgate appliqué or sunroof. It’s been trouble free and has done yeoman like duty with the four seasons in north western Montana. Are you going to put winter tires on? I purchased a set of 2019 “takeoff“ rims and put on a set of Nokian Hakkapeliitta LT2s. Work really well in the ice. Enjoy the ride!

Don't forget to do the process below.

Listed elsewhere on FRF:

"Live Valve Shocks Reset:

So I got lucky because I have a local service manager that is really easy to work with. She is the same person I spoke to over the phone a couple of weeks ago that had never heard of the ride height calibration. When I showed up I showed her this information verbatim on my phone.

1. If the ride height is altered and the ride height recalibration procedure is not performed, the VDM will interpret the sensor readings as the front shocks being constantly extended, as if the vehicle is carrying a heavy load in the rear or accelerating aggressively. The inaccurate sensor readings will negativity affect the operation of the live valve shocks, since the readings the module is receiving are not accurate.

2. The IDS Service Routine puts the Vehicle Dynamics Module (VDM) into a training mode, at which point it reads the ride height sensors and records the values. The value will more than likely read 30mm but should be reset to 0mm.

3. The VCM 3 just came out, but all dealers will at least have 1 or more VCM 2s or a VCMM (oscilloscope) with IDS. Sounds like they aren’t familiar with the IDS service procedure and think that an aftermarket calibration must be used to correct the ride height sensor readings.

She said we have the VCM 3 and the tech that was going to replace my cameras would be the same tech that would be doing the ride height calibration. She asked that I text it to her and she would get it to the tech no problem.

After everything was done, I spoke to the tech and he said it wasn't hard at all < than 5 minutes and done"

Congrats! I had Toyotas as well before the Raptor and LOVE the power and features. We'll see how it goes long term but so far it's an amazing change. Love the blue as well!
As a hard core Toyota guy, I wasn't ashamed to buy the extended warranty for the Raptor. Not anticipating anything happening but better to have and not need. I got 125k 6 year bumper to bumper with no deductible for 2975 so I went for it. Really love the power and the transmission is phenomenal.

I live in Polson. No plans to do winter tires, I got my Methods on yesterday and love em. Did you not care for the K02's in the winter?

Nice truck there, Tony Montana!

Thanks man, I actually had a picture of that on my phone and have an appointment tomorrow to get that done.

Welcome.

Was (am) also a long time Toyota guy and out of apprehension bought an extended warranty on my 2020 as well. First time ever buying and extended on any vehicle.

Love your color, but then mine looked the exact same driving out of the $tealership. Crap, I was also eyeballin' the Ti 704s. Just seemed to match the Velocity Blue better IMO. Enjoy!

Is it just me, or is the front end sitting higher?
The front is 1/2" higher currently. I put eibach springs on the front right away thinking it would just level it out haha. Now I am trying to decide which Deavers to get. Pretty set on +4 SD because I don't really have a constant load in my bed but not sure.
