Welcome to FRF
#OneLessprius

Good luck with the repair. As kooky as this sounds, have you tried swatting the starter with a mallet? Not a permanent solution, but I’ve seen more than one Ford respond positively to getting a bigger hammer ;-) One was my ’92 Exploder.

That aside, +1 @slade8

here, on frf
morning..........

the fact that the dash lights go out when trying to crank means theres a short somewhere. disconnect the started and then try to crank. see if the lights still turn off on the dash

Hello everyone Fran from OC California.

My 2011 Raptor is giving me some problems hopefully I can get the answers from someone that has been through it.
1:
Truck won’t start some times, got a new battery and check all the fuses to
I have To close the ignition and try again like 3 times, all the lights go on the dash but no code or engine light stays on.
Not sure what to do
So many things it could be! I would start reading thru no start post on here and try thing others found if not time to take it in.

Fuse 27 already done it doesn’t crank after a few times
It’s like when is not in parking
Welcome.

Might have answered your own question, does it show to be in Park on the instrument cluster and the shifter? Might be issue with the park switch or whatever the hell it is (used to be neutral safety switch back in the day of manual transmissions). I just replaced my starter with a Powermaster, definitely recommend them, but they include the below to test your starter, you could at least check for voltage at the starter relatively easily...
