Using a Hi-Lift jack safely is important and wheel chocks and even jackstands will certainly help a lot.

Yes sir, removing dealer stickers is generally my first vehicle mod but we're actually good friends with the people who owns the local Ford dealership. So I'm letting it ride for a while.
