Welcome! Gorgeous Raptor - best color too

I really didn’t want it Ruby Red. Any color but this. Until I saw it. Then I was sold! First one I saw with my own eyes in this color.

I said exactly the same about Race Red! I drove to see it regardless and fell in love.

Interesting that you fell in love with it after being totally against it. I almost never see the color out on the road with Raptors. Usually what I see is black, white, and blue ones. Glad you fell for it!! I wasn't fully sold on it either until I saw it on the lot.

I've found that cameras have a hard time accurately capturing reds in general (they either under/over expose with it depending on the lighting).

I originally wanted my Raptor in Race Red. I found it to be so bold with the black accents and graphics. But, when I saw a Ruby Red Metallic Raptor, I was sold.

You made the right choice. If I could dig it up, I would post a pic of my 3 GM vehicles all with similar dark red. That was 2 years ago.

Nice truck! Putting it to good use too! Get some auxiliary lighting on that thing, or many as @smurfslayer will play you down as a Starbucks driving yahoo lol

I intend to put some lights on it, but looking for the right roof light and maybe ditch lights. And I hate Starschmucks. Too easy to get a Prius stuck in my grill.
