About 6 months ago I bought a 2017 SCREW in Ruby Red. About 85k miles on it.

First truck in 20 years. Love this thing. Only problem I’ve had is some rat damage to a wiring harness causing a misfire about 2 weeks after buying it.

Drive it the way a Raptor was designed whenever I can, though it’s my daily driver. About 30 minutes east of San Antonio. Always happy to off road with local people.

Will start with some mods whenever the wife allows it.

Welcome to FRF!
It looks like you’re lacking the TX package and you may fail the local inspection.
To pass, you’ll need at least a 1 inch lift, and multiple off road lights that come on with the ignition switch and turn off with ignition off.
;-)

Lots of us around here, we should organize something.

Will lift it slightly as soon as I convince the wife. Will also add lights soon, but not to be on constantly.

If you organize something local I am in.

I love the ruby red, I was going to get one before my ingot silver, but someone beat me to it. If you are planning to goose it, lmk, I have an AP with Goosetunes for a 2017.

I absolutely plan to. But not sure when. DM me the info and I will see if the wife will buy off on the idea.

Very very nice!!!! Awesome red color. Yes to a slight lift - I added Eibach front springs and Deavers (+1” ride height) and am delighted with the results.

My rear springs were decent day 1, but I may have jumped it slightly on the way home from buying it... They are fairly flat now. Rear end dances quite a lot, but Deavers will help immensely it seems. I plan on doing Geisers up front and likely a Deaver +3 to keep it somewhat level.

My rear end was 2” low when I bought my 2020 w/ 21k miles. The Deavers corrected that.

My trim is as level as I could hope for, after replacing the front and rear springs. The stance is much more to my liking.
